1. Conveying equipment

3. Split pulse cyclone dust removal and crushing unit

      This machine is mainly used for chemicals, food, spices, resin powder, powder coating and other substances. It is a crushing equipment integrating crushing and dust collection.

      This machine adopts a wind-wheel type rotating knife. The fixed knife is used for impact, shearing and grinding. Airflow is generated in the machine cavity during crushing, and the heat during crushing is discharged from the screen together with the finished product. The fineness of crushing can be determined by replacing the screen. This unit uses the relative movement between the movable toothed disk and the fixed toothed disk to crush the materials through the impact and friction of the toothed disk and the impact between the materials.

       This machine is a water-cooled pulse cyclone dust-removing pulverizer. When the equipment is running, the pulverizing knife runs at a speed in the machine cavity to produce a cooling effect.

4. Mixer

       Small resistance movement of the mixture in the cylinder. The positive and negative rotating spiral strips are installed on the same horizontal axis to form a dynamic hybrid environment. Double-layer spiral ribbon blades, the outer spiral gathers materials from both sides to the center, and the inner spiral conveys the materials from the center to both sides, which can make the material flow more eddy currents. Speed up the mixing speed and improve the mixing uniformity. The material adopts manual butterfly valve, and can be equipped with heating or cooling jacket according to other requirements.

5. Packaging machine

Assembly line production and packaging: mainly includes: packaging machine, filling machine, sealing machine, coding machine, baler, vacuum machine, shrinking machine, vacuum packaging machine, weighing packaging machine, etc. The packaging machine adopts color touch screen and stable dual-axis precision output PLC control, bag making, metering, filling, sealing, coding, and bag cutting are completed.
