Process details

The automated production line uses modern industrial technology to cook and dissolve sugar in accordance with the ancient process.

The boiled sugar is filled with a special filling head for paste sticking and constant temperature and quantitative filling and shaping are carried out according to the weight of the mold.

The filled mold is moved into the cooling tunnel by a stepper motor for cooling, and the empty mold after demolding continues to be filled with a complete set of assembly lines.

The machine adopts PLC control and is equipped with touch screen, automatic block sorting machine, automatic packaging machine, coding machine and other automatic equipment, providing customers with a complete set of brown sugar and white sugar forming production solutions.

   The brown sugar production line is made of stainless steel, including the transmission chain and food contact parts, which are made of stainless steel, which meets the requirements of food production.

   A special brown sugar boil pot is used to boil the sugar, return sand and evaporate, and the boil machine adopts the method of heating with water to ensure the quality of the brown sugar.
